Bicknell Sagebrush Academy is a private school located in Bicknell, Utah that serves students in Wayne County, Utah. Ages range from 5 to 15.
We believe connection, curiosity, choice and joy are the ultimate motivators for learning. Teachers bring this philosophy and their passions into the classroom as they mentor and connect with each child through hands-on learning.

Sagebrush Academy teachers come from the Wayne County area and are invested in the students of the school and the community in general.
Whether teaching Art, PE, Science, History, Outdoor Skills, Cooking or Horsemanship each provides an engaging and fun atmosphere for kids, while also ensuring a productive learning environment.
Sagebrush Academy currently has approximately 40 students for the 2026/27 school year, with classes capped at 10 students.
Our small class sizes allow our teachers to give students personalized attention and support. This creates a strong mentoring relationship that helps students develop a deeper understanding of the material and achieve their educational goals.

We operate on a similar school calendar as the Wayne School District, starting classes in September each year and ending in May. We observe the same holiday schedule and Spring Break schedule as well.
Enrollment for the year begins in May of 2026. Returning students and siblings of current students receive enrollment priority. New student enrollment begins in June 2026.
Sagebrush Academy is an approved UFA Private school and accepts UFA scholarship funds.
